Yes I had several digital cameras, before I took this step forward back to film.
This was my last Fuji digital camera. I worked for Fujifilm and had had digital cameras since 1997 and went upgrading until this one that I bought in December 2005.
This is a very nice bridge camera.
What I like best in it is the lens a 6.2-66.7 mm ,1:2.8-4.9 (28-300 mm, 35 mm equivalent). It's an "all-terrain".
The picture quality is very nice too and the movies that it produces avoided me carrying the video camera when I documented my children sport events and it has a nice design.
I find the controls arrangement smart and user friendly.
The LCD screen is quite small but it is compensated by the electronic viewfinder.
The hinged LCD is another smart feature of this camera.
