#128 Kodak Brownie Flash IV

Este artigo em português

The Kodak Brownie Flash IV was one of the many incarnations of this box cameras.

Kodak Brownie Flash IV

I bought this one at a flea market, in fairly good condition. One of these days I have to respoll a 120 roll to a 620 spool and give it a try.

Deluxe Box camera for 620 roll film, covered in light coloured leather, brass fixings and faux ivory buttons.

f14 Kodak standard lens
Shutter speed about 1/50 sec, and B
Selectable portrait lens and yellow filter
Shutter release lock
Flash connections, hence the name
6 x 9 cm exposures on 620 film

Stay tuned ;o)

  1. Nice photo. These old brownies and some other 620 box cams had such a nice aesthetic. They are practical cameras as well as display pieces. Can't wait to see some photos out of this one.

    1. Thanks James. Yesterday I was looking at my box cameras and thinking about using them, there are a few, including this one that I haven't tried yet
